Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation”, hereinafter “Regulation”), we inform you that the personal data provided by users of the site who send requests via the “Contacts” page or via the email address published on the site will be used for the sole purpose of satisfying the requests themselves, in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation.

We also inform you that only the data indicated as mandatory are necessary; in their absence, we will not be able to provide feedback. Personal data may be accessed and processed by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as data controllers or persons in charge of processing, as well as by any third parties, appointed as external data controllers, who support the Data Controller in managing the website and the sales management software); the data will not be disclosed. The data thus collected will be stored exclusively to meet the obligations under art. 2214 of the Civil Code.

Users of the site, in their capacity as interested parties, are recognized the rights set forth in Articles 7 of the Code and 13, paragraph 2, letter b) of the Regulation and, among these, the right to ask the data controller for access to personal data, the rectification or erasure of the same personal data or the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning them or to oppose their processing, as well as the right to obtain an indication of the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of collection and to obtain the erasure or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, by addressing requests to the Municipality of Albenga as Data Controller, at the email address protocollo@pec.comune.albenga.sv.it or by sending a registered letter to the Data Controller, at the registered office located in Piazza San Michele, 17 - 17031 Albenga (SV) .
