Tickets for individual visitors can be purchased at the Diocesan Museum ticket office.
A separate section of the Alta Valle Arroscia Museum of Sacred Art is also open, located inside the Oratorio della Ripa, a Gothic church built around 1370 by Benedictine monks and rich in 15th- and 16th-century frescoes. Precious works of art are housed inside: the Last Supper by Domenico Piola, the Annunciation by Pievese artist Giulio Benso, the Madonna and Child with Saints by Gregorio De Ferrari, and the extraordinary sculptural group of the Baptism of Jesus, a wooden masterpiece by Anton Maria Maragliano.

Archaeological area of San Calocero
Reservations are required to access the site. Please call +39 0182 571443 or email info@palazzooddo.it . Guided tours are available on other days of the week, but reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance for groups of at least five people.

- to tourist interpreters from the European Union when their services are required alongside the guide, upon presentation of a valid license issued by the competent authority;
- to the Ministry staff;
- to members of ICOM (International Council of Museums);
- to guides of groups or parties, upon reservation;
- to students of the advanced training courses of the Ministry's Schools (Central Institute for Restoration, Opificio delle Pietre Dure, School for Mosaic Restoration);
- to teachers enrolled in fine arts academies or corresponding institutes of the European Union, by showing the certificate of enrollment for the current academic year;
- instructors of undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in the following faculties: architecture, cultural heritage conservation, educational sciences, or literature and philosophy with a focus on archaeology or art history. The same discounts are available to instructors and students of corresponding faculties or programs established in European Union member states. Free admission for instructors upon presentation of a valid ID;
- to art history teachers at high schools, upon presentation of a suitable document;
- to journalists who are up to date with their membership fees, upon presentation of a suitable document proving their professional activity (see DD of 07/09/2016 DG-Museums);
- for study or research purposes certified by Italian or foreign schools, universities, academies, research institutes, and cultural institutions;
