Albenga in Tavola show cooking sessions

Wednesday, March 4th at 11:00 am in Piazza San Michele, the first appointment of 2026 with the Albenga in Tavola ShowCooking.
The event will be entirely dedicated to the Albenga Spiny Artichoke and organized in collaboration with the Hotel Institute and the Agricultural Institute of Albenga .
During the morning, you can enjoy dishes made with spiny artichokes and other local products.
The showcooking will accompany the start of the Laigueglia trophy .
Starting March 4th, you can also enjoy menus and dishes made with the Albenga Spiny Artichoke in many restaurants in the city. You can also find their menus and special dishes here !
