Show cooking in collaboration with the Hotel Institute and the Agricultural Institute dedicated to the fantastic "4 d'Arbenga" or the 4 of Albenga: prickly artichoke , purple asparagus , oxheart tomato , trumpet courgette .

On Saturday 12 April, Albenga in Tavola returns to Piazza IV Novembre with a day dedicated to the purple asparagus of Albenga .

As for the artichoke, this time too, special combinations and insights have been thought of. The asparagus will meet the Piedmontese Fassona steak tartare.

Here are some moments to highlight:

  • Starting at 12.00 don't miss the Show Cooking of the students of the Hotel Institute with tasting of their fantastic dishes and the stand of the students of the Agricultural Institute.

  • Starting at 10.00 Talk food and show cooking to celebrate the known and hidden sides of the Albenga Violet Asparagus through important voices and a singular gastronomic protagonism: the Piedmontese Fassona steak tartare and raw asparagus.

An unmissable event during which there will be meetings and collaborations of great value that will enhance the territory and its gastronomic excellence. The following will participate:
